Quick take

A left-hand inline ice fishing reel with instant anti-reverse, dead-stick clicker, and low 2.7:1 gear ratio for sensitive jigging under the ice.

This left-hand retrieve inline reel from 13 Fishing is built for ice fishing, with a 2.7:1 gear ratio and five ball bearings. A composite body with a soft-touch finish keeps it light at 6.5 ounces, and the star drag, free spool and dead stick spool clicker cover the basics of working a hole. It spools braid, mono or fluorocarbon, so it suits anglers setting up for panfish through walleye.

Best for

  • Vertical jigging for panfish and trout through ice
  • Dead-stick lines in tip-up setups
  • Anglers who prefer left-hand retrieve

Skip if

  • You fish open water only
