Quick take
A traditional 30-foot hand line with cotton cord and lead weight for hand-line crabbing.
This crab throw line pairs a 30-foot cotton cord with a 1.2 oz lead weight and a stainless steel bait pin. It suits hand lining for crabs from a pier, dock or bridge, where you set a piece of bait such as a chicken neck on the bottom. Cotton gives a good grip on the cord when it is wet, and the set comes as six lines.
