Quick take
A Swedish-made round baitcaster with 6.31 ratio and Carbon Matrix drag, level-wind system for even line lay and smooth casting.
The Ambassadeur C4 in size 5600 is a right-hand round baitcasting reel with a machined aluminum spool and a synchronized level wind for even line lay. A 6.3:1 gear ratio brings in about 30 inches of line per crank turn, and a carbon drag tops out at 15 pounds. It holds roughly 240 yards of 12 lb mono or 235 yards of 30 lb braid, a good fit for anglers moving into classic round-reel baitcasting.
Best for
- Casting and trolling with medium and heavy line
- Freshwater and saltwater fishing for diverse species
- Anglers who want a reel built for all-day comfort and reliability
Skip if

Strengths
