Quick take
A compact baitcasting reel with digital line counter for accurate trolling and downrigging depth control.
The Ambassadeur S Line Counter is a right-handed baitcasting reel with a built-in digital counter that shows how much line is out, which helps with repeatable trolling and downrigging depths. It is a size 6500LC with a machined aluminum spool, a 5.1:1 gear ratio and about 25 inches of line pulled in per crank turn. A star drag tops out at 11 pounds, and the spool holds 305 yards of 14-pound mono or 465 yards of 20-pound braid. Weighing 11.9 ounces, it suits anglers who troll for walleye and other open-water fish.
