Quick take
A lightweight low-profile baitcaster with an 8.0:1 high-speed ratio for finesse techniques.
The Abu Garcia Revo Ultracast BF8 is a low-profile baitcasting reel built for bait finesse fishing with light lures. This left-hand-retrieve version has an 8.0:1 gear ratio and a 7 kg maximum drag, in an aluminum body weighing about 175 g. Anglers who throw small jigs and shad baits with a baitcaster, in fresh water or light salt water, are the ones it suits.
