Quick take

A ten-piece assortment of hard-bodied minnow-profile crankbaits with varied colors, designed for casting to structure in fresh and saltwater.

This 10-piece minnow lure set brings ten different minnow-style hard baits together in one kit. Each one has an ABS plastic body, 3D eyes and treble hooks, and the set is aimed at bass, trout, walleye and other fish in both freshwater and saltwater. It suits anglers who want a varied group of minnow patterns for lakes, rivers and coastal shorelines.

Best for

  • Bass and walleye in lakes and rivers during spring and fall
  • Trolling baitfish-imitating patterns to schools
  • Anglers who want ready-to-fish hard lures without purchasing individually

Skip if

  • You need depth-control for deep-diving presentations
  • You prefer soft plastic baits to hard bodies

Strengths

  • Ten different colors and patterns cover most water clarity conditions
  • ABS plastic bodies are durable and withstand saltwater exposure
  • Gravity ball helps achieve distance and reduces hook snags

Trade-offs

  • Fixed depth-diving limits versatility compared to specialty crankbaits
  • Treble hooks snag vegetation more readily than single hooks
  • Generic colors may not match local forage exactly

About this type

A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.

Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.

Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
