Quick take

Scented floating marshmallow baits that keep above weeds and snags while delivering fish-attracting scent to trout and panfish.

Best for

  • Float-fishing under bobbers in lakes and ponds
  • Stocked trout in streams and rivers
  • Combination with other baits like salmon eggs

Skip if

  • You fish deep structure where floating is a disadvantage
  • You prefer live worms

Strengths

  • Floats above bottom, avoiding weeds and snags
  • Scent attracts fish from distance
  • Can be used alone or combined with other baits

Trade-offs

  • Float design limits effectiveness in current
  • Scent dissipates over time in water
  • Soft material tears easily in mouth of pan fish
