Quick take

Ultra-sensitive 10-foot rod designed for crappie and panfish jigging and live-bait fishing.

This is a 10-foot, two-piece light-power graphite rod with a fast action, built for crappie and panfish. It pairs an IM6 graphite blank with a Portuguese cork handle, brass-plated guides and aluminum oxide guide inserts for smooth line flow. It weighs 4.8 ounces and suits anglers who work long-rod presentations such as trolling or tight-line fishing around cover.

Best for

Vertical jigging for crappie over deep brush and structure
Live-minnow presentations under bobbers in ponds and lakes
Anglers who value feeling subtle strikes over small presentations

Skip if

You need a heavier rod for larger bass and catfish
You fish in thick weeds where snagging is a concern

Strengths

IM6 graphite construction transmits tiny bites directly to your hand
10-foot length provides reach and sensitivity in deep water
Fast action helps set hooks on small mouths without heavy line

Trade-offs

Light power struggles with large fish or heavy cover
10-foot length is awkward in tight spaces and small boats
Thin tips break easily if handled carelessly or stepped on
