Quick take
Pure lead ingots sized for convenient melting and casting of custom fishing weights and sinkers.
These are rectangular lead ingots in silver, sold as a two-ingot set that totals 4 pounds. They are meant for anglers who pour their own sinkers and weights, since each 2-pound bar is sized to fit a casting pot of any size. The material is lead, so it suits melting and molding rather than tying on as-is.
