Quick take

A crawfish-scented attractant spray made from rendered real fish, tournament tested for bass and other species.

Bass Assassin's 16 oz crawfish trigger spray puts a crawfish attractant on lures and baits from a pump bottle instead of a gel or paste. The rust-resistant bottle suits boat storage and lays an even coat on soft plastics, jigs and crankbaits. It is a simple option for anglers who want a scent they can apply quickly before each cast.

Best for

  • Spraying soft plastic worms and crankbaits before casting
  • Days when natural scent draws more strikes than vibration
  • Anglers fishing in stained water or after heavy rain

Skip if

  • You prefer lures with natural colors and no added scent
  • You fish extremely clear water

Strengths

  • Made from real rendered fish with concentrated natural oils
  • Tournament tested formula has track record
  • Trigger spray applies easily and quickly

Trade-offs

  • Scent washes off after a few casts in flowing water
  • Crawfish scent works best for bass, less for other species
  • Trigger bottle can stick or leak if not maintained
