Quick take
A small round net for harvesting clams and small shellfish in shallow water.
This Beau Mac clam net is a small round black bag with a 6-inch diameter opening and a belt attachment, so it rides at your hip while you work the flats. The mesh is nylon, with a polyethylene grip and an Oxford fabric and PE outer. It weighs about 0.15 kg and packs down to roughly 9 x 9 x 5 inches, handy for clammers who want a simple carry-along net.
