Quick take
An EVA foam slip bobber with hi-vis red top and integrated brass bead stop for depth adjustment.
These Beau Mac inline slip floats are a cigar-shaped foam design in 3/4 oz with a hi-vis red top that stays easy to spot in changing light. The stem has a bead stop with a brass grommet, so you can slide the float to set your depth and still cast it cleanly. A pack holds two floats, which suits anglers rigging live bait or jigs at a set depth.
Best for
- Panfish and crappie fishing with live bait
- Situations where you need quick depth changes without retying
- Shallow to mid-depth water where float-fishing excels
Skip if
- You need a fixed bobber for a single depth
- You fish water deeper than 15-20 feet
Strengths
- Hi-vis red top is easy to spot in any light condition
- EVA foam is durable and survives rough handling without damage
- Slip design allows easy depth adjustment by moving the bead stop
Trade-offs
- Slip design requires proper bead stop assembly to prevent errors
- 3/4 oz size limits use with larger baits or deeper presentations
