Quick take
Floating artificial salmon eggs with garlic scent that stays off bottom in the strike zone and disperse scent widely for trout and steelhead.
This floating soft egg bait from Berkley comes in a half-ounce jar in Fluorescent Orange with Scales. Its longer profile and scale flecks add flash, and it rides up off the bottom where fish can see it. It suits trout, steelhead and salmon anglers, and it also gets used for panfish like crappie and bluegill in streams or lakes.
Best for
- Fishing under floats for trout in streams
- Steelhead fishing in rivers during spawn seasons
- Panfish like crappie that respond to egg imitations
