Quick take
Soft plastic 3-inch shrimp baits soaked in Gulp attractant, designed to imitate live bait for saltwater species without the hassle.
This is a 3-inch saltwater shrimp soft bait from Berkley's Gulp! Alive! line, in the New Penny color. It comes as a bucket of baits soaked in scent, and unused baits can go back in the bucket to soak again. Anglers use it as a stand-in for live shrimp, rigged the way they would fish the real thing.
