Quick take
Small PowerBait nymphs for trout and panfish, rigged on a jig head or under a float.
The Berkley PowerBait Power Nymph is a 1 inch soft bait in a pearl olive shad color, shaped to resemble the nymph stage of an aquatic insect. It is made for trout and panfish and carries the PowerBait scent and flavor. Its small size suits anglers working streams and ponds with light tackle and close-range presentations.

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
