Quick take
Heavy-duty tackle organizer with multiple sleeves for separating soft plastic baits and terminal tackle by type.
This 11 by 7 inch soft bait binder keeps your plastics sorted in seven sleeves, sized for up to 21 standard bait bags. It zips shut, has room inside for pliers and a map, and carries by a handle or a removable shoulder strap. The compact size slips into a medium tackle bag, and spare sleeve bags are sold separately.

Skip if
- You use hardbaits as your primary lures
- You need storage for rod parts
Strengths
- Seven separate sleeves prevent different bait types from mixing
- Removable shoulder strap lets you carry hands-free to the water
- Zips shut to keep baits from shifting during transport
Trade-offs
