Quick take
A fluoropolymer-coated braided line with no stretch for sensitivity and abrasion resistance in fresh and saltwater.
Best for
- Fishing around heavy structure and vegetation
- Saltwater applications where abrasion is a concern
- Anglers who prioritize sensitivity and instant hook sets
Skip if
- You need line that hides in the water; braid is visible
- You prefer lines with stretch for shock absorption
Strengths
- Fluoropolymer coating allows efficient casting and longer distances
- No stretch means you feel every bite and set hooks instantly
- Ultra-strong construction handles tough situations without breaking
Trade-offs
- Braided line can twist and cause wind knots if not spooled carefully
- Low memory means the line doesn't retain spool shape, which some anglers dislike
- More visible to fish than monofilament in clear water
Fishing fit
- Water
- Freshwater
- Saltwater
