Quick take
A beginner-friendly kit with a telescopic carbon fiber rod, spinning reel, tackle and carrying bag for starting out.
This BlueFire combo pairs a 2.7 meter telescopic carbon fiber spinning rod with a matching spinning reel that has a 5.2:1 gear ratio. The rod is medium power and the setup comes with monofilament line, lures, hooks and a carrier bag, so a first-timer has what is needed to start casting. The collapsing rod packs down small for trips to a trout stream or a local pond.
