Quick take

Ultra-light 1/32 oz jig heads designed for shooting under docks to catch crappie on small plastics.

A pack of ten Dockt'r Shooter jig heads in the lighter 1/32 oz size, left unpainted so you can match your own bait. The round head carries a #4 black-chrome hook with a bait-keeper barb that holds small plastic bodies without glue. It is built for shooting and skipping a jig under docks, boat lifts and other overhangs when chasing crappie.

Best for

  • Skipping jigs under boat docks and overhangs
  • Crappie in spring spawn along shallow structure
  • Live well fishing in clear ponds and lakes

Skip if

  • You need heavier jigs for deeper presentations
  • You fish soft baits that don't need barb keepers

Strengths

  • Extremely light weight allows skipping into tight cover
  • Barb keeper grips plastic bodies without glue
  • High-gloss color finishes glow brightly underwater

Trade-offs

  • 1/32 oz is difficult to cast on regular tackle
  • Limited to 4# hook, suitable for panfish only
  • Barbs can damage delicate soft plastics over time
