Quick take

Five 1/8 oz jig heads with a spring lock that holds worms securely for shaky-head presentations and skipping under cover.

Best for

  • Shaky-head rigging on drop shot setups
  • Skipping under docks and overhangs
  • Finesse bass fishing in clear water

Skip if

  • You fish heavy cover requiring heavier heads
  • You prefer traditional round jigs

Strengths

  • Spring lock holds worms firmly through multiple casts
  • 90-degree hook orientation aids penetration
  • Green pumpkin is a versatile natural color

Trade-offs

  • Spring can weaken after many casts
  • Heavy-duty spring may impart stiffness to soft plastics
  • Limited to finesse-sized worms
