Quick take
A 20-pack of 4 oz pyramid sinkers with a pointed tip and flat sides for holding in surf.
The Bullet Weights PY400 is a 4 oz pyramid sinker sold in a box of 20, made for surf fishing. Its pointed tip and flat sides are designed to keep a rig in place as the tide moves across sand and mud. Anglers fishing rock or structure should expect the shape to wedge into cracks.
Best for
- Surf fishing rigs that need to stay in place
- Casting into wave action and current
- Saltwater bottom fishing with bait rigs
Skip if
- You fish calm freshwater; lighter sinkers work better
- You need to move your weight easily through bottom cover
Strengths
