Quick take
An electronic alarm with loud siren and bright LED that mounts to your rod and alerts you to bites from 50 meters away.
This Coolnice bite alarm comes as a 3-pack of small black plastic units, each pairing a loud sound with an LED light to signal a bite. It runs on button batteries and suits anglers watching several rods at once or fishing after dark, such as carp anglers on the bank. A non-slip pad helps it sit snugly on the rod.
Best for
- Fishing multiple rods from bank or pier
- Night fishing when you cannot watch rod tips
- Carp and catfish fishing where alert is essential
Skip if
- You fish only one rod at close distance
- You fish in noise-restricted areas
Strengths
- Extremely loud siren audible even in wind
- Bright LED visible in daylight and low light
- Includes 10 batteries for extended use
