Quick take
A 4 inch soft plastic creature bait with hinged arms and subtle leg movement, built for heavy cover.
This 4-inch Bronco Bug is a soft plastic creature bait in the Bama Craw color, sold as a pack of six. Its hinged arms and legs add movement for flipping, pitching and dragging around grass, wood and rock. Bass anglers can rig it on a Texas rig or Carolina rig, or add it as a swim jig trailer.
Best for
- Flipping and pitching thick grass and wood
- Bass around docks, weed edges and rock piles
- Dragging presentations in cover
Skip if
- You fish open water or sparse cover
- You prefer compact lures that slide through brush easily
Strengths
- Multiple appendages create vibration and movement
- Hinged arms give lifelike action on every presentation
- Durable soft plastic withstands repeated hook-ups
Trade-offs
- Large 4 inch size can wear out faster when fished in heavy cover

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
