Quick take
An ultralight jig for panfish and crappie on light line and small tackle.
The Cubby Mini Mite in pink and white is a 1/32 oz finesse jig for anglers who want a small, light presentation. It pairs a soft body with a compact jighead and a No. 8 gold hook. It suits light line and close-range fishing, where a small, flashy profile is the point.
Best for
- Panfish and crappie in ponds and lakes
- Light spinning setups with 2-4 lb line
- Deep winter jigging through ice
Skip if
- You fish heavy cover where ultralight gear breaks
- You need distance casting; 1/32 oz is difficult to cast
Strengths
- Ultralight weight suits finesse presentations
- Pink and white colors trigger bites in low-light conditions
- Compact size matches natural panfish prey
Trade-offs

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
