Quick take
A rubber mesh replacement net that is soft, dries quickly and resists odor for fly and fishing nets.
This is a black rubber replacement bag for a compact landing net, sized at 25 cm across and 18 cm deep. The rubber mesh has a 2.5 millimeter opening and a soft texture that is gentler on fins than knotted nylon, and hooks are less likely to snag in it. It suits trout and pier anglers who want to refit an old frame with a light, quick-drying pocket.
Best for
- Upgrading from nylon mesh to reduce fish damage
- Freshwater trout and saltwater flats fishing
- Anglers fishing frequently who want a replacement option ready
Skip if
- You prefer traditional nylon netting
- You fish only catch-and-release streams
Strengths

Trade-offs
