Quick take
5-pack of soft plastic goby-profile creature baits sized for jig heads and texas rigs.
Five green goby-style soft swimbaits, each 3 inches long and about 0.33 ounces, come in one pack. Made for bass anglers, they suit shallow cover and bottom-hugging presentations. Rigged on a jighead, each bait offers a compact profile that works well in close quarters.
Best for
- Bass fishing in shallow weeds and brush
- Jig presentations near structure
- Texas rig presentations along banks
Skip if
- You want a large profile for trophy bass
- You fish deep open water where a smaller bait makes more sense
Strengths
- Soft PVC holds fine detail and realistic coloration in the mold
- 3-inch size matches forage in many freshwater systems
- Flexible body creates action on a slow fall or stationary jig
Trade-offs
- Smaller size is less visible in muddy water or low-light conditions
- Soft plastic is not durable against repeated topwater strikes
- Does not imitate any single forage precisely, reducing specificity

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
