Quick take

A 5mm chloroprene cover for Daiwa spinning reels that protects against scratches and keeps sand out during storage.

This Daiwa reel cover is a black chloroprene sleeve sized for spinning reels in the 1500 to 2500 range. The 5mm material cushions the reel against scratches and knocks, and it can stay on a reel that is mounted on a rod. An H-type design adds pockets that hold the spinning reel's handle, and a zipper closes it up.

Best for

Protecting spinning reels during transport and off-season storage
Beach and saltwater fishing where sand and salt spray cause damage
Anglers storing multiple reels for extended periods
