Quick take
Reversible fly and lure case with six compartment sizes per side for organized storage.
The Daiwa RC86L is a compact two-sided lure case in blue plastic, built to keep small lures such as minnow plugs, jigs and egi organized. Its outside measures roughly 10.5 x 17.5 x 3.6 cm, so it slips into a jacket pocket or a larger tackle bag. A drain duct lets it be rinsed and dried after a day on the water.
Best for
- Fly fishing tackle organized by size
- Compact trip storage
- Anglers who want multiple compartment sizes
Skip if
- Large saltwater plugs
- Extended freshwater trips needing volume
Strengths
- Six compartment sizes per side accommodate flies and small lures
- Reversible design provides two independent storage surfaces
- Fully washable with drainage duct for wet conditions
Trade-offs
- Case is not water resistant when compartments are full
- Dimensions limit to smaller flies and compact lures
- Plastic durability may wear with heavy use
