Quick take
An ultralight mountain stream finesse baitcaster with 8.5 gear ratio for quick lure manipulation in freshwater.
This left-handle Daiwa baitcasting reel is a compact finesse model aimed at small-stream trout fishing. It has an 8.5:1 gear ratio, a 28 mm aluminum spool and a 3.5 kg maximum drag in a body of about 6.1 oz. An externally adjustable Magforce brake helps with casting light baits over short distances, and it suits anglers who want a small, fast reel for freshwater creeks.
