Quick take
A compact 7.2 oz low-profile casting reel with 8.1:1 ratio and T-Wing level-wind for accurate, long-distance bass fishing.
The Daiwa Tatula 100 TWS is a compact right-handed baitcasting reel with an aluminum frame and an 8.1:1 gear ratio. It weighs about 0.45 pounds, so it sits comfortably in the palm and balances well on lighter bass rods. Magforce-Z cast control and a zero adjuster help beginners and regulars alike with soft plastics, jigs and crankbaits. It spools both monofilament and braid.

- Bass fishing with soft plastics, jigs, and crankbaits
- Anglers who want a responsive reel in a compact size
