Quick take
A soft rubber mesh net bag that replaces torn nets without harming fish.
This is a black rubber mesh replacement bag for a landing net, sold without a handle or frame. It has a drop shape with a 12.5-inch diameter and 11.7-inch depth, so it suits a small hoop. The soft rubber mesh is a common choice for anglers who release fish and want fewer snagged hooks.
Best for
- Replacing a worn-out net on an old frame
- Anglers who want a tangle-free net
- Catch-and-release fishing
Skip if
- You need a complete net with handle
- You fish snaggy cover with heavy debris
Strengths
- Rubber mesh won't damage fish fins or gills
- Ultra-light and easy to carry
- Outer ring design lets you fit slightly larger or smaller frames
Trade-offs
- Replacement bag only; handle not included
- Rubber can degrade with extended saltwater exposure
- Large sizes may sag under heavy fish

- Water
- Freshwater
- Saltwater
