Quick take
Telescoping tenkara fly rod that collapses to 24 inches with complete starter kit for stream trout and smaller bass.
The Hellbender Zoom is a reel-free tenkara rod that fishes at 13 feet or zooms down to 11.3 feet for tighter streams. Its 7:3 action and carbon build suit anglers after bass and trout in the 16 to 22 inch range. It weighs 3.4 ounces and collapses to about 24 inches, so it rides easily in a backpack. The kit adds furled line, tippet and three flies for a quick start.
