50 meter spool of 12 lb fluorocarbon leader line for invisible underwater presentation.
Best for
- Clear water where line visibility spooks selective fish
- Bright conditions and shallow water requiring stealth
- Fluorocarbon leader tippet for finicky trout and bass
Skip if
- You fish stained water where visibility is not critical
- You need long line spools; 50m is a compact size
Strengths
- Transparent fluorocarbon is invisible underwater
- Higher density sinks faster than monofilament
- Abrasion resistance protects against structure and fish teeth
Trade-offs
- Fluorocarbon is stiff and memory is longer than mono
- 50 m is a short spool for mainline; better for leader material

- Freshwater
- Saltwater
