Quick take
A 10-pack of small plastic hook removers that slide down the line to push hooks free without handling the fish.
This is a ten-piece set of plastic hook removers, five red and five green, each about 6.5 inches long and weighing 4 grams. The groove at the top slides against the hook so you can push it free of a fish's mouth. The pieces are light enough to slip into a pocket or tackle bag, and the spare count lets you keep one in several places. It suits freshwater anglers who unhook panfish and other small catches.
Best for
- Catch-and-release fishing on small fish
- Freshwater stream and pond fishing
