Quick take

A waterproof underwater LED light that attracts fish with a 360-degree green glow.

This is a 15-watt green LED light that runs on 12 volts, built for fishing after dark. Its 360-degree beam and IP68 rating suit underwater use, and the ABS body is meant to be set in the water near docks, boat sides or a lure. Anglers who want to light up the water around their line for night fishing will find it fits that job.
