Quick take
A coated downrigger weight with a silver flash plate that tracks smoothly through the water and protects boat surfaces.
This 12-pound ball-with-fin downrigger weight has a cast iron core with a plastic coating that keeps the hull from getting scratched as you raise and lower it. The fin helps it track straight through the water, and a silver flash plate adds a bit of attraction near your line. It suits trolling anglers running a downrigger who want to take bait down to a set depth.
