Quick take
1000 hard plastic beads in bright colors, with glow-in-dark options for night and low-light fishing.
This is a 1000-piece set of round plastic rig beads, 5mm across with a 1.5mm center hole, sorted into ten colors in a reusable hard plastic box. Three of the colors glow in the dark, which suits evening trips for walleye, crappie and perch. Use them on hook, lure and spinner rigs, or as stoppers on heavier setups.
Best for
- Making rigs with attractors and flashy components
- Combining with spinners or hooks on drop-shot or Carolina rigs
- Adding visibility to small soft plastics or spinners
Skip if
- You need glass beads for leader connections
- You want to limit bead count in your rig for cleaner presentation
Strengths
- Large quantity supports hundreds of rig builds
- Assorted colors work in different water clarity conditions
- Glow-in-dark colors extend fishing into evening hours
Trade-offs
- Hard plastic beads do not reduce line twist like metal barrel beads
- Small 5mm size limits use to lightweight rigs
- Glow effect requires sun exposure to charge beforehand
Fishing fit
- Water
- Freshwater
- Saltwater
