Quick take
Lightweight spinning reel with 12 ball bearings and 22 lb drag for freshwater and saltwater.
This Size 3000 spinning reel from Fishdrops pairs a 5.5:1 gear ratio with a CNC-machined aluminum spool and a graphite and nylon body, and it weighs 288 grams. The handle is ambidextrous, so it can be set up for left or right hand retrieves, and the drag tops out at 22 pounds. It spools braided or monofilament, which suits a mid-size all-around outfit for freshwater bass and similar species.
