Quick take
A handheld digital scale with a large load cell and backlit display for weighing fish up to 110 pounds.
This handheld hanging scale from Fishfun weighs a catch up to 110 pounds and reads to a tenth of a pound on a backlit LCD. One button cycles between kilograms, pounds and pounds with ounces, and a hold function keeps the reading on screen after you set the fish down. A wide rubber-coated handle and a built-in measuring tape make it a straightforward add to the tackle bag for anglers who log their fish.
Best for
- Weighing catch at the end of a fishing trip
- Tracking personal records with consistent measurements
- Tournament fishing and competitions
Skip if
- You fish primarily for relaxation and don't weigh fish
- You need a scale that clips to your vest
Strengths

Trade-offs
- 110 lb capacity limits weighing large saltwater fish
- Requires three AAA batteries which need replacement
