Quick take
A large plastic lure box holding up to 100 lures, with removable racks and Zerust anti-corrosion partitions.
The Flambeau Maximizer is a large hard box built for oversized baits, with two removable racks that hang up to 100 lures of 10 inches or less. It suits muskie, Great Lakes and saltwater anglers, and either rack can come out to make room for other gear. The dividers are infused with Zerust vapor corrosion inhibitor to protect metal hooks, and the lid locks. It measures 27.5 by 13.75 by 14 inches.
Best for
- Storing large saltwater or muskie lures
- Anglers with extensive lure collections
- Marine environments where rust prevention matters
Skip if
- You fish only occasionally and need portability
- You prefer soft-sided tackle bags
Strengths
- Holds 100 lures in hanging configuration
- Removable racks allow custom storage arrangements
- Zerust partitions provide rust protection in marine settings
Trade-offs
- Large size makes it stationary, not portable
- Plastic construction ages with UV exposure
