Quick take
Portable drop net with integrated fish basket, designed to keep large catches secure from bridge and pier fishing spots.
This foldable drop net is built for lifting fish up to a pier, bridge, dock or boat deck. The 24 by 36 inch net comes with a smaller rubber fish basket, a storage bag and 32 feet of rope. It folds down to about 10 inches, so it packs easily for shore and saltwater or freshwater trips.
Best for
- Fishing from piers, docks, and elevated structures
- Anglers targeting larger fish that need secure netting
- Situations where multiple catches must be held before release
Skip if
- You fish from a moving boat where a net floats
- You need a net for fly fishing where finesse matters
Strengths
- Frame-mounted basket keeps fish separate from the net opening
- 32-foot rope allows fishing deep water from high structures
- Folds compact to just 10 inches for easy transport
- 36-strand rope is three times stronger than standard nylon
Trade-offs
- Heavy and bulky compared to hand-net alternatives
