Quick take
Drop-net landing net with rubber mesh that supports fish weight and eliminates hook snags, ideal for wade and boat fishing.
A landing net from Frabill with a 17 by 19 inch hoop and soft rubber mesh of 3/8 inch, built on an anodized aluminum hoop and handle. The handle telescopes from 24 to 48 inches, so it reaches over a boat gunwale or a wading angler's side. Rubber netting is gentler on a fish's slime coat and gives hooks less to snag on, which suits anglers who release their catch.
Best for
- Wading and bank fishing
- Saltwater fishing where corrosion matters
- Gentle catch-and-release handling
