Quick take
A 4-pack of size 2/0 red trailer hooks for adding a second hook to spinners and buzz baits to increase hookup odds.
This Gamakatsu SP trailer hook is a red, size 2/0 needle-point hook made of high carbon steel, sold four to a pack. It is meant to ride behind a spinnerbait or buzzbait and catch fish that strike short. The coated eye makes it quick to install and keeps it aligned with the bait.
Best for
- Trailer hooks on spinner baits targeting bass and pike
- Buzz bait rigging to catch fish that nip at the tail
- Situations where a trailer adds an extra strike target
Skip if
- You fish sparse cover; trailing hooks snag more than single
Strengths

- High carbon steel holds sharpness through use
- Red color adds visibility to the trailer
