Quick take
The original Gary Yamamoto Senko 5-inch stick bait in black for versatile soft-plastic bass fishing applications.
This is a 5 inch soft plastic stick bait in black, sold as a pack of 10. A plain, straight-bodied worm like this suits weightless, wacky, Texas-rigged and Carolina-rigged presentations, so one pack covers several ways to work the same bait. It is a simple pick for bass anglers who want a slow, natural fall.
Best for
- Wacky-rigging over shallow cover
- Texas-rigging near structure
- All-day bass fishing with multiple rig options
Skip if
- You fish saltwater species
- You need suspending baits for fast-sinking presentations
Strengths
- Original formula and design proven across decades
- 5-inch size balances casting distance and natural profile
- Works rigged weightless, wacky, Texas, or on jigs

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
