Quick take
Hardwood rod rack with extra-wide holder diameter that accommodates saltwater rods to ultralight rods.
This Ghosthorn rack comes as 2 sets that together hold 12 rods or combos. The wood construction mounts on a wall or a ceiling, and the sets can be arranged to fit the space. Mounting hardware is included, which suits a garage, basement or workshop where rods need to come off the floor.
Best for
- Garage and basement storage
- Organizing a large rod collection
- Both saltwater and freshwater tackle
Skip if
- You need portable storage
- Your wall cannot support hardwood installation
Strengths
- Solid hardwood with waterproof coating resists moisture
- Extra-wide diameter fits all rod sizes
- Two sets store 12 rods in compact space
Trade-offs
- Hardwood is heavier and more complex to install
