Quick take
A rotating floor rod rack that holds 16 rods of any type and spins 360 degrees for easy access to any rod.
This Ghosthorn floor rack is a wooden, black rod stand that spins a full 360 degrees, so every rod is within reach without moving the whole unit. It holds up to 16 rods, with top-mounted clips and foam pads under the base for hard floors. At about 13 inches square and 30 inches tall, it suits a garage, basement or cabin corner where floor space is tight.
Best for
- Garage and man-cave storage that organizes large collections
- Anglers with multiple rod and reel combos
- Displays where you want your rods visible and accessible
Skip if
- Your space is limited to wall-mounted storage
- You want to store rods horizontally
Strengths
- 360-degree rotation means you never have to reach to the back
- Holds rods with reels already installed
- Sturdy base and wood construction support heavy fully-rigged setups
Trade-offs
- Takes up significant floor space at 30 in tall
- Must be placed on flat, hard flooring for smooth rotation
- Rotating mechanism may wear over many years
