Quick take
A foldable aluminum reel stand that keeps your spinning reel off rocks and sand.
This is a small aluminum reel stand in a 48mm foldable form, made to fit certain Shimano and Daiwa spinning reels. It shields the reel from scrapes against rocks and helps keep sand out, which suits surf anglers. The folding shape slips into a reel bag, and the stand weighs only about 8 grams. It also gives the rod a place to rest so the bail is not bent.
