Quick take

A Sabiki rig with six small pink hooks that mimic shrimp and small baitfish, rigged in vertical string.

The Hayabusa Kore Ichiban Pink Skin Sabiki is a set of six hooks dressed to look like shrimp, built for anglers after mackerel. Its size 5 hooks and pink skin pattern make it a straightforward choice for a day of bait fishing from a boat or pier. Lower it slowly where baitfish gather and jig it gently to draw strikes.

Best for

Catching small mackerel and baitfish for live bait
Jigging in saltwater around structure
Quick catch of panfish and mackerel

Skip if

You want single large baitfish; use conventional rigs
Your target fish are large; hooks are too small

Strengths

Six hooks mean more chances to connect on each drop
Pink shrimp pattern is proven effective on most small saltwater species
Rig is ready to fish straight from the package

Trade-offs

Small hooks mean small baits and frequent handling
All six hooks must be kept clear during retrieval or they tangle
Vertical presentation limits casting distance
