Quick take
A 20-piece tackle protection set combining clear lure wraps and colored rod belts for storage and transport.
This 20-piece set pairs ten clear PVC lure wraps with ten colored rod belts. The wraps come in two sizes, five large at 4.3 by 7.9 inches and five medium at 3.9 by 7.1 inches, and close with 0.4-inch hook-and-loop straps so a lure stays covered and its hooks stay out of your hands. The rod belts come in five colors and keep rods bundled and untangled in a truck, boat or backpack.
Best for
- Storing and protecting lures during transport
- Keeping rods organized and tangle-free
- Fishing trips and tackle organization
Skip if
- You have minimal tackle to store
- You prefer hard-sided tackle boxes
Strengths
- Clear PVC lets you see which lure is in each wrap without opening
- Velcro construction makes opening and closing fast
- PVC material resists water absorption and cleaning
Trade-offs
- Works for modest tackle collections; not suitable for large inventories
- Rod belts are cloth and will wear over time
- Wraps require manual folding and organization
