Quick take
Twenty 19-inch stainless wire leaders with swivel and snap rated for 100-pound fish and toothy saltwater species.
This pack holds 20 wire leaders, each about 19 inches long, built from nylon-coated stainless steel with a swivel and a snap at the ends. The wire construction suits toothy fish that would cut through ordinary monofilament. Having a full set ready to clip on lets an angler swap leaders quickly between rigs.
Best for
- Saltwater species with sharp teeth or abrasive mouths
- Large predators requiring heavy leaders
- Quick-change presentations with snap attachment
Skip if
- You prefer monofilament leaders for their invisibility
- You fish species that don't bite through regular line
Strengths
- Stainless steel with nylon coating resists saltwater corrosion for seasons of use
- Pre-assembled with swivel and snap save rigging time
- 110-pound breaking strength handles large saltwater predators
Trade-offs
- Wire is visible in clear water and may spook cautious fish
- Stiffness of wire makes natural lure movement less lifelike
- Heavy and non-reflective compared to fluorocarbon leaders

- Saltwater
